VR and Surgical Training
Virtual Reality can be used for several applications in the medical field including surgical training. VR puts a spin on how we see our world. It allows us to experience something extremely realistic while it not entirely being real. For the medical field this is a major advancement. In recent surgical practices the VR has been used to train surgeons in example surgery. This allows the surgeon to practice hands on as if the controllers were there tools and perform a surgery. They gain valuable skills while no one is harmed in the practice.
