Nowadays, many companies use the social network service like LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter etc. Because companies want to know their new employee lifestyle and tendency how to they live with their family and friends or coworkers. (Jobvite_SocialRecruiting_Survey2014) In a perspective on companies, these companies need to recruit new employees who have good ability for companies’ profit and future. For taking the higher goal, companies also need to recruit new employees who know teamwork and show ability on fields. Therefore, companies could see new employees’ life with their family and friends through the social network service to estimate how new employees adapt new atmosphere and make harmony with the coworkers. If companies don’t use the social networking service and they recruit a new employee who has a bad attitude for work. Who is going to take responsibility for that? That would be rest of team members. For recruiting the good employee, companies need to use all equipment they can use.

We might think that using social media would be the good effect on our job search or would be bad effect on our job search. In a positive way, we can use as a résumé. Many employers used LinkedIn to find their employee’s profile such as photo, work experience, education, and volunteer etc. In a paper résumé, we couldn’t put much information about our life but using social media, it could make many chances to show us. In a negative way, using social media could show us too much and always care our behavior on the website. If we always conscious of that our employer check my social media, we need to care our language all the time and behave formally even on the web.
