Old Ebbitt Grill is the oldest restaurant in Washington, D.C. and one of the most famous restaurants. It is located at 675 15th Street NW in Washington, D.C., in the United States.
Because this restaurant is so famous, you have to wait at least one and half hour to walk-in dining service. The time I visited this restaurant, I had made a reservation two weeks prior to my visit, and I had only two choices of time selection: at 5pm or 8:30pm. So, I made a reservation at 8:30pm for dinner. My friends and I ordered an oyster platter, a jumbo lump crab cake, mussels Fra Diavolo, and grilled pork chop. We loved all dishes in this restaurant. Oysters were very fresh, and the crab cake was so soft, creamy and savory. The pasta with mussels was delectable and the grilled pork chop was my favorite. The pork chop was roasted and sauced with apple puree, and this was amazing. I could not even describe its taste, but I bet everyone would love it.

The restaurant was big enough to hold more than 150 people. In the side of the restaurant, there was a wedding. The restaurant was luxurious and offering a good service. All of us really enjoyed having a dinner in the restaurant, and wanted to come back for brunch for next morning; honestly, we went to another famous place for brunch though. Anyways, I loved this place and this became one of my favorite restaurants in the United States, and I recommend you should visit here if you go to D.C.!
