VR and meditation


The VR has many uses especially in the medical field. One way virtual reality is being used in the medical field is to deal with anxiety through meditation. A recent app called DEEP trains users in how to breath deeply allowing them to properly meditate. It requires that breathing be the only way to control when playing the game. This is beneficial to a wide variety of people because those who are unable to use the joystick for whatever reason can still participate because breathing is the only requirement, and everyone needs to breath.
