Virtual Reality and Studying Astronomy

Virtual Reality is taking the world by storm and it is no surprise when it will soon be implemented in education systems worldwide. One interesting way it can be used in education is studying astronomy. Students are able to virtually put themselves in the sky and learn about the locations of different galaxies and stars in or out of our solar system. Its hard to visualize such a vast part of life and putting yourself in it can be an extreme advantage to learning about it. With this new technology students can move around and study different planets or stars. In addition they can track different comets and the tracks each one is taking. This is a major advancement in education and I'm sure there is only more to come.
