The Death of the VCR

The VCR became available in the late 1900's, and in the time span of 60 years, it has become almost "extinct". Cassette tapes were the only way to record videos and watch them. Then came DVD's and blue ray and now rarely anybody uses cassettes or vcr's. This is because everything is available on the internet. Also home videos are automatically stored on computers or cd's or flash drives. Having a VCR makes someone think you are very outdated, when in reality, the VCR isn't even that old, but with the advances in the last 60 years, vcr's and cassettes are less and less seen and available.
