Modernism 3

This process of notable development is known as modernization. It refers to the transformation of respective environments in regards to technological, scientific, medical and cultural breakthroughs. Modernism refers to the aesthetic reflection of this change and encapsulates the subjective meanings of all the elements in the newly developing world. This reflection was effectively explored and explained through much experimentation and deliberation, through all forms of creative expression. This bold exploration birthed ‘Modern Art’ and all of it’s iconic pieces whether it be; paintings, buildings, musical pieces, plays, photographs or film. Modern art expressed that ‘spirit of the now’ in its earliest days through post-impressionist art.
