How media has effected teen pregnancy

Teen pregnancy used to be looked down upon by society but it seems as time goes on this is not the case anymore. There are probably more than a dozen shows on television regarding teen pregancy. Just about every show glorifies having a baby at a young age. These shows don't express the negativity that comes with having a child so young. I think this is in part why there are much more teen pregnancies amongst the community. Children are surrounded by these shows and look up to these celebrities thinking that it is the norm.
