The world of a Student Tech

In the beginning of the fall semester I was job hunting and it finally came to an end when Client Support offered me a job to be a student technician. Little did I know that I would be entering a whole new subculture of the "behind the scenes of fixing computer problems." I was thoroughly surprised that I got the job because I had no clue of how to fix any computer problems. I was illiterate in the technology world and pre-client support I only knew the basics of knowing how to use a computer. Fall semester flys by and now as I continue to work in client support second semester, I now know who to clean computers of viruses, do a complete new reload, and determine how serious a problem on a computer is. I still struggle trying to remember everything I learn but I'm definitely far more literate in the world of technology than I used to be.
