The way we listen to music is drastically different then in the past. We don't need a CD or a record to listen to a song we want, we can look up anything on our smartphone and have it in seconds. This is a fairly new concept, only mainly coming about within my lifetime. Through different apps like Spotify, we can easily access millions of artists and albums. Without a premium account you can only listen to albums and playlists on shuffle. By paying for a premium membership, Spotify users can listen to any song whenever they want.
