Drones in Agriculture
Drones have many uses from capturing a bird's eye view to delivering packages at your doorstep. It only seems natural that drones are used for a variety of tasks and in the agriculture community drones are a huge success for their business. One use for drones in farming is to spray the fields with pesticides from a chair. It is no longer required that a farmer drive their tractor for hours spraying acres upon acres of farmland. Instead a drone is controlled by one person and flown over entire fields of crops spraying them with pesticides. Aside from pest control drones are also used to monitor crops such as tracking their growth or patrolling for pests such as birds. Drones will be the next big movement for farmers nationwide.
