Hand Jive
Remidi T8 wearable instrument looks like a regular glove, but actually, it is loaded with pressure-sensitive sensors along the fingertips and palm. This glove controls how the combination of sounds from each sensors are translated as a user moves his or her hand. It helps music artists, and disc jockeys to compose music, play and perform. It lets music artists to combine tracks, tweak vocals, and adjust tempos with much more adaptable synthesizers than large synthesizer machines. The glove can also be personalized to create new, custom sounds or remix existing ones.
Any user could start jamming on any surface, and all the data in the glove can be sent to the Remidi app or to other recording software. It creates different rhythms, based on how the user uses and combines, and how long they press down on each of the eight sensors. Also, the glove's wristband measures how fast the user's hand moves up and down, or left and right, and adjusts the tone and the tempo for the real-time music.
