Fuel Cell Charger

Fuel cell charger is a device that uses saltwater and oxygen to convert chemical energy into electricity, then it uses that electricity to charge your phone's battery. The charger consists of a credit card-shaped power card, and a hollowed out port that's roughly the size of a smartphone.           The power card contains saltwater, which can be converted into electricity. One power card produces about 1,800 miliampere-hours worth of electricity, which is enough energy to fully charge an iPhone 6s.
I think this technology is useful and innovative because with chemical engineering, now it is possible to charge our devices without an electric outlet, but by producing electricity chemically.
