Since the Iphone 5, and even the Samsung Galaxy S3, phones were only getting bigger. It seemed that everyone just became infatuated with a bigger screen. The Iphone grew from a 4.0 to 4.7 to 5.6 inch screen size and the galaxy followed similar but bigger trend. The Samsung Note is huge. But now, Apple just released the Iphone SE. It returns back to a smaller size screen- a better size screen. knowing that Apple has been a continuos trend setter, this would potentially mean more phones will return to a smaller size.
Personally, Im glad Apple did this. I found the Iphone 4's screen to be the best. However, this is because i have small hands. People with bigger hands will undoubtedly agree that bigger phones are better. The problem with making bigger phones is that they then become inconsiderate of users with small hands. If they cater to the smaller hand population, then they leave out the bigger handed ones. I think they should make phones with size option, like how they did with Iphone 6 and 6s: only with a more drastic difference between the sizes.
